4 checks before delivery to make sure your device is qualified and properly packaged
- Order check before delivery: the logistics center will check to make sure the items delivered are exactly the same as you ordered.
- Ex-factory quality inspection: before leaving the factory, the device has undergone appearance inspection, trial operation and order checking to ensure quality.
- Item list re-check before packaging: model, quantity and specifications of the delivered device will be re-checked before packaging, to make sure nothing is wrong or missed during packaging.
- Proper packaging during delivery to ensure safety: device delivered in China will be packaged in wooden box or wooden crate; device delivered outside China will be packaged in fumigation-free plywood box.
- Installation preparation: before installation, the customer will receive a notification, containing tools need to be prepared by customer, date of installation, information of installation engineer, matters needing attention during installation, etc.
- During installation: after-sales service engineer from Root will carry out the deployment and help adding grinding beads into the device.
- Test run: after installation, the engineer will do several test runs to make sure the device operates in a safe and stable manner.
