Advanced Facility Covering Over 40,000 m2 to Produce High-End Equipment
Located in the high-tech district of Suzhou, Anhui Province, China, Root’s factory site covers an area of over 80,000 m2 in total, which includes an advanced newly built factory. Root has set up R&D facilities in both Shanghai and Anhui Province, and the R&D jobs are mainly proceeded in two laboratories: micro/nano grinding lab and micro/nano material testing lab. Micro/nano grinding lab equips a complete series of Root agitator bead mills, lab dispersers, mixer and emulsifiers to perform grinding tests on a variety of materials. Micro/nano material testing lab equips advanced high-precision ZETA potential nanoparticle size analyzer, micron particle size analyzer with auto-sampler, microscopes, viscometer, PH meter, scraper fineness meter, gravimeter, dye dispersibility testing device, drying oven, heater, etc. to perform feature tests on kinds of materials.
